What does Shopify cost to run?

Shopify charges a monthly platform fee — $39/month on the Basic plan, $105/month on Shopify. That's separate from our build fee. You own the store; Shopify is the platform it runs on.

Do I need to do anything before you start?

What is your refund policy?

No payment is taken until you approve the full scope in writing. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

Can I start with the free trial myself and upgrade later?

Yes — start a free trial through our affiliate link, explore Shopify at your own pace, and come back when you want it built professionally.

What if I already have a Shopify account?

No problem — we can build on an existing account. Just mention it in the form.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes post-launch support (7–60 days depending on tier). After that, you can manage the store yourself or contact us for additional work.

How do I pay?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer via Wise. Payment is only collected after you review and approve the scope document — you never pay before knowing exactly what you're getting.

What do I need to provide before you start?

Accepted Answer

Product photos, product names and prices, and your logo if you have one. If you don't have a logo yet, mention it in the form — we can work around it or point you in the right direction. We handle everything else.

What if I have more products than the package limit?

Accepted Answer

The product limits (10 for Starter, 50 for Growth) cover what's included in the base price. If you have more, we'll note it in the scope document and quote a small add-on — typically a flat rate per additional batch of products.

Do you write the product descriptions?

Accepted Answer

We can write basic product descriptions if you provide the product details and key selling points. If you already have copy written, we use that. SEO-optimized descriptions are included in Growth and Elite.

Do you handle product photography?

Accepted Answer

No — photography is outside our scope. We work with the images you provide. If your photos need basic editing (cropping, background removal, resizing), we can handle that as part of the build.

Can you work with an existing theme I already purchased?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you've already bought a theme, we can build on it. Just mention it in the form and share access once the scope is approved.

Question 13

How many revisions do I get?

Accepted Answer

We revise until the store matches what was agreed in the scope document — there's no arbitrary cap. If something isn't right, we fix it. This is different from open-ended change requests: revisions cover anything that doesn't match the agreed scope. New features or additions outside that scope are quoted separately.

What happens after the support period ends?

You own the store and can manage it yourself — Shopify's interface is beginner-friendly. If you need changes or ongoing help after the support window, just reach out and we'll quote the work separately.
