• Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or licensed.
• Make payments as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon:

• All content provided by the client remains their property.
• Final project deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
• Scrippt may showcase completed projects in portfolios unless prohibited in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds

• A deposit or full payment may be required before project commencement.
• Project fees, schedules, and deliverables will be defined in the agreement.
• Refunds are not guaranteed once work begins or is completed.

6. Revisions & Support

• Reasonable revisions are included per the project agreement.
• Extra features or revisions may incur additional charges.
• Post-delivery support may be limited or charged separately.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for changes or issues related to these services. Associated costs must be approved by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scrippt Web Design and Services is not liable for any losses due to downtime, data loss, or breaches, or for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service for non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or unethical behavior toward our team.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
